Devault items.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight and the insurance value.

1. Access your digital portfolio in the user account via Vault.

2. Select an item you want to have sent to you.

3. Press "Devault'' and confirm with “Add” to create a devault order. Each additional item will be added to this devault order.

4. Repeat the process for each item you would like to have sent to you.

You can find the devault order in your user account under "Devaultings”. You can edit the items in your order in the following step.

1. Under "Devaultings” you see a listing of the items and the costs for removal and shipping.

2. You still can add or remove items from the shipment (to remove items from the devault order press "Remove from devault order" in the product view).

3. Complete the devaulting via "Create devault order" (from this point on, the list of items can no longer be changed).

4. Pay the invoice with your preferred payment method.

5. As soon as the payment is registered on ShinyRare's bank account (within 5 business days at the latest) the devaulting process starts.

Unpaid devaultings will be filed in the user account under "Accounting". If no payment is registered after 5 days, the devault order will be cancelled by ShinyRare.

2. ShinyRare will remove your items from the vault and carefully makes the package ready for shipment.

3. After your package has been shipped you will receive a link from us to track the shipment. Furthermore you can track the status of your delivery in your personal area.

Packages are shipped exclusively with DHL, insured for the value of the contents and handed over to the recipient only against a signature.
